Established in 2007, Ascot Caretaking is a family owned and run small property maintenance business in Melbourne. Initially starting with 20 properties and basic caretaking services, we are proud to say we have grown to a portfolio of over 200 active properties and provide a full caretaking service.
As a small family business, we like to do things personally. We keep in close contact with you or your chosen property manager to ensure that we fully understand your caretaking and maintenance needs. This allows us to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and allows us to inform you of any potential maintenance or safety issues with your property.
The team at Ascot Caretaking are body corporate specialists, we look after all different types of properties, ranging from single building units to multi building complexes. From small landscaping to large scale cleaning, Ascot caretaking has the experience, tools and knowledge to provide you with the best care for your property. Our property caretakers are fully equipped, trained and insured so you know your property is in good hands.

Yes, we do tree lopping however only to a height of 2.4 metres due to OH&S. Call or email us for a free quote.

Will we organise to service you property prior the public holiday or after.

We only use a specific brand of weed spray in which does not harm animals, people, or other plants. However, if you do not wish us to use weed spray please advise us during the quotation process.

Of course, within the process of our free quotation, we provide owners and body corporate with a list of duties. In which then you can alter, add and elaborate in order to fully create an understanding of what needs to be done and to what standard.

Certainly, we can take bins in or out for collection all in the same visit. We can also arrange for cleaning and sanitation of bins
