“West St Kilda A multi-level apartment block, with both owner-occupied and tenanted apartments, close by the sea, with fairly high winds and neighbouring trees which shed quite a bit of debris, our place chewed up a few cleaners in pretty rapid succession. A few residents insisting that the cleaning was just not good enough sped up the process. Now, nearly two years on, we still have multi levels, we still have owner occupants and tenants, we’re still close by the sea, we still have high winds and we've not been able to do anything about the annoying rubbish blowing over from next door – we even still have residents insisting that things could be better – but we haven't changed cleaners once! Ascot’s been doing us proud. They sweep, they mop, they dust, they clean glass and lifts, they change light globes, they take our bins out & in, they get rid of cobwebs, they do it all, they do it well - and they're so nice!
